What a great night we all had at the Schiess' house. We celebrated with the whole Murphy family. Everyone was able to make it this year - a total of 57 people.
Food, Food and more Food was on the menu. Chuck-a-luck was an old tradition that grandma Murphy started. A the kids had fun playing and winning prizes off a shelf. Santa arrived around 8 p.m. reading "The Night Before Christmas" to all the girls and boys. Gifts for all were passed out from the man in the red suit. Family pictures were also taken with Santa.
As always we had one family member down for the count..... Quinn started vomiting about 1:00 in the afternoon but was a trooped with his bucket. It wouldn't be a holiday without someone sick.

Snowboy's & Snowgirl
First Grade Christmas Concert
Oh my goodness, this was the cutest performance I have ever watched. Wow did Mrs. Lindgren do an excellent job with the first graders. The kids sang 8 songs "Patriotic Melody", "Yankee Doddle", "All I Want For Christmas Is My Two Front Teeth" were just a few.
Drew is hoping for his "Two Front Teeth"!!
Drew didn't miss a beat with his hips or with the drum he played during one of the songs. We can't wait to show this performance to everyone. Too Funny!!

Tooth Number Three & Four
What a big day for Drew. He has had his two front teeth loose since September. We have wiggled, pulled and twisted for a few months now and nothing had happen. He was able to push and move the tooth around with his tongue. You would have thought they would pop right out. This morning he woke up and said his teeth and his ear hurt and asked me to call the dentist. So at 10:10 this morning they called Drew into the room and asked him to sit down in the chair and lay back. Dr. Jane looked in his mouth and said "Drew those need to come out." She put jell on it and started to pull with what looked like a pliers. With her first tug I thought Drew was going to bite her. He was in such pain and was begging her to stop. It took her 3 pulls and both teeth came out. He asked her not to pull out the second one and when she told him she took both out at the same time he started to relax. I on the other hand saw the blood and thought I was going down for the count.
Drew is very excited for the tooth fairy tonight. I think he/she may have to bring double $$$$..
